Trabalhou no restaurante Épico como ajudante de cozinha e em eventos gastronômicos. Em 2005, 2006 e 2007 participou da brigada de cozinha dos jantares e dos cursos na Mostra Nacional/ZH Gastronomia, que ocorreu no Shopping Iguatemi trazendo diversos chefs de cozinha nacionais e internacionais. Fez parte da equipe do Bistrô 32, do chef Claude Troisgros na Serra Gaúcha, dentro do Aspen Montain.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: georgia;"&gt;Especializou-se em panificação junto ao Senai e tornou-se professora na mesma instituição. A&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: georgia;"&gt;tualmente trabalha como professora de gastronomia Instituto Gastronômico, o&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="http://www.e-iga.com.br/Br/cursos.php"&gt;IGA&lt;/a&gt; - Porto Alegre. Presta consultoria gastronômica para restaurantes, realiza e produz eventos privados e atua como autora e coordenadora do projeto para crianças &lt;a href="http://www.blogger.com/www.cozinhandohistorias.blogspot.com"&gt;Cozinhando Histórias&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: georgia;"&gt;Realiza quinzenalmente um almoço sobre o tema &lt;a href="http://www.slowfoodbrasil.com/"&gt;slow food&lt;/a&gt; em parceria ao &lt;a href="http://www.delbarbiere.blogspot.com/"&gt;Bistrô del Barbiere&lt;/a&gt;, do chef Marcelo Schambeck e eventualmente os almoços temáticos no &lt;a href="http://www.studioclio.com.br/"&gt;Studio Clio&lt;/a&gt;.
